Brody's preschool class took a fieldtrip. I have always wanted to go to the Arizona Museum for Youth. So I was glad they picked that place. After going I am glad that Gavin wasn't with us it is more for younger kids. The area Brody liked was for kids 4 and under, but they let the preschool class go. That is the only part Gavin would have liked. So I am glad it was just Brody and Paris that went. They learned about weather and then got to explore the museum.
They made a rainbow picture. Which we forgot and left them. Opps! But they used colored ice cubes which was fun. They played a thunder musical chairs. Paris was really good at this game she went really slow and held the line up and then when the music stopped she had lots of seats to chose from. I don't think she got out once. The older kids purposely tried to get out so they could bang on pots and make the thunder noise.
The play area for the little ones.
Brody liked to build towers and knock them over. I had to watch him and make sure he didn't throw blocks at everyone. Because if he had his choice that is what he would have done the whole time.
Paris did not like getting rolled in this. She screamed the whole time she went. Never got in that circle again.
The music parts were fun.
Spinning in chairs is always fun especially when you can't see anything.
Brody's friend Benji went with us. I thought that was a cute picture.
The museum also had lots of little art projects to do, however, the kids were not interested in doing something they could do at home.
